Pilates in Bonn: Pilates is a gentle and at the same time particularly effective holistic body training for more strength, mobility and balance. The training strengthens the core of the body and the pelvic floor, optimizes posture and trains body awareness. In addition, it improves your blood circulation, prevents illnesses and helps you deal with stress. The training takes place mainly on the mat, although Pilates – small equipment that provides support or an additional challenge – is also used from time to time. The training is varied and individually designed.
